ARK’s Board of Trustees and Patrons ensure that the central administrative costs of ARK are met. 100% of donations are then used to deliver ARK’s programmes. By investing in ARK’s central administrative costs, the money that is so often hardest to fundraise is guaranteed and the generosity of the Board and Patrons acts as a catalyst for others to give, leveraging additional private funding and significant institutional and governmental resources for ARK’s work that is transforming children’s lives.

In recognition of their enlightened and invaluable support, individual and corporate Patrons become part of the ARK community, are involved in ARK’s programmes and are kept informed through briefings on ARK’s work. 

Patrons are instrumental in creating the environment for the charity to both raise the funds needed to meet its programme commitments and develop further work within the core themes of Health, Education and Child Protection.
