2010
ARK 2010 was held on Thursday 13 May at Waterloo International Terminal (former Eurostar Terminus). The event which was attended by over 800 guests raised a total of £14.1 million for ARK’s programmes. Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, was the honoured speaker with entertainment was provided from The ARK Schools Scholarship Choir (pupils from Burlington Danes Academy, Evelyn Grace Academy, Globe Academy, King Solomon Academy and Walworth Academy), Steve Coogan, Groove Armada and The Killers.
We express sincere thanks to our generous lead sponsor BlueCrest and Bloomberg, to our venue hosts BRB (Residuary) Ltd and Network Rail, Christies who hosted the auction. Thanks also to the many donors of our wonderful auction including Gagosian Gallery, New York and the event producers Starlight Design and Rhubarb Food Design.
ARK announced programmes to reduce maternal death in Zimbabwe and infant death in Zambia. It is also developing a new South African education programme with Queen Rania.

2009
ARK 2009 was held on Thursday 4 June at Waterloo International Terminal (former Eurostar Terminus). The event which was attended by over 800 guests raised a total of £15.6 million for new programmes in health, child welfare and education. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson was the honoured speaker and a host of musicians and entertainers performed including the English Chamber Orchestra that was generously sponsored by Sir David Tang.

2008
ARK’s seventh annual fundraising dinner, held on Thursday, June 5th, 2008 at the historic Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, has to date raised a total of £25.8 million thanks to the generosity of the 1,100 guests and far exceeded organisers’ hopes, given the more difficult economic environment this year. Former UK Prime Minister Rt Hon Tony Blair was the honoured speaker and musician Stevie Wonder performed. This year’s theme, “Overcoming the Barriers to Education”, focuses on expanding existing and funding new programmes in Education, HIV/AIDS and Children in Care.
Thanks to our generous sponsors, Blue Crest Capital Management, Bloomberg, Merrill Lynch and UBS, our venue, the Old Royal Naval College, the donors of wonderful prizes including LVMH, Damien Hirst, FIAT, Tracy Emin, the event producers, StarLight, the Admirable Crichton and Rob Van Helden Floral Design all of the events proceeds go directly to ARK programmes. 2007
ARK 2007 was held on Friday 11th May at Marlborough House on Pall Mall. At the dinner, ARK announced that it is launching the Clinton-ARK Initiative for Mozambique, through a strategic partnership with the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI). The partnership will support the delivery of rapid and high quality care and treatment for HIV/AIDS in Mozambique.
Attended by 1,200 guests, predominantly from the financial services industry, the event raised an astonishing £26.6 million ($53 million) for the charity, exceeding the £18.5 million raised in 2006. Thanks to sponsorship by Bloomberg, Merrill Lynch, UBS, BlueCrest and three anonymous donors, all the money raised goes directly to support ARK’s programmes. News release

ARK GALA DINNER: UK Charity ARK held its 5th Anniversary Gala Dinner on Friday 5th May at Marlborough House on The Mall. Attended by 1000 people from the financial industries, the single event raised an incredible £18.4m ($34.3m), exceeding all expectations. News release

ARK’s Third Annual Charity Evening, held last night (April 29th) at the historic Battersea Power Station in London, started with a bang in more ways than one: in an unprecedented show of support, an anonymous group of donors matched every pound with a further three pounds allowing the sums raised on the night to reach new heights.
